Josh visited us even though the road was extremely icy. He found out what the problem was and quickly solved the issue. He was polite and professional. We were very pleased with the service. I was satisfied with the repair and the technician but not satisfied with the customer service. There should have been clear communication between the technician and customer service as to why our service repair kept being rescheduled after a month. I would have been ok with them telling me to wait a month.
