Brady was prompt, pleasant, polite. Informed us up front about how the fee and payment would work. He suspected that the fridge was leaking because it was frozen shut, and he was correct. Brady did a thorough job, and the fee was reasonable. Thanks, Brady! I would have him in my home again if necessary.
