Brady assessed our Samsung refrigerator and quickly diagnosed the problem. The needed parts arrived to our home within 36 hrs, and he came back to do the work. Very easy scheduling and fair cost of labor. Thank you!

Brady was prompt, pleasant, polite. Informed us up front about how the fee and payment would work. He suspected that the fridge was leaking because it was frozen shut, and he was correct. Brady did a thorough job, and the fee was reasonable. Thanks, Brady! I would have him in my home again if necessary.
