My experience with Josh the service technician was great. He was very friendly, professional and experienced at knowing his job. He came out the first time to diagnose the situation and and ordered the parts. After all the parts arrived he came back out and fixed the problem. ( 5 STARS )Can't say much for Sears appliance repair. Every time I called it always was a automated service that I couldn't get nowhere with. I had to reach out to the warranty company to communicate with Sears appliance repair aka Factory Services.

He was pleasant. But it still isn't working correctly. Water is still running into the ice bin. I get big frozen chunks The large cube side doesn't seem to be working

Brady was here a total of about 30 minutes for both visits. He showed us the damaged area of the ice maker, but never explained the cause. My biggest gripe is the cost of labor ($250.00) for the short period of time he was here. Also, why did it take two visits (inconvenienced)? I told the agent who set up the appt. that the icemaker wasn't working. This will be the LAST time I use Sears for any kind of service.

The technicians were super nice and had a lot of information to share regarding the washing machine. I do wish that they had more specific range of time that they would be there. I had to take the whole day off of work because the range was 8a-5p. The three stars is given because of the appointment time.

The tech was fine. People should know, it is less expensive to just buy a new appliance that let them fix it. It was going to be $800 to fix a $1000 refrigerator and I would still have an old refrigerator.

Our technician fixed the cooling problem with our refrigerator HOWEVER the interior lights don't work since repair was completed and we are trapped in the AI world trying to get them to return😡
