Gave me a appointment time of 8am - 5pm, which is ridiculous to begin with. Like 7:10pm Friday evening guy finally shows up. Then when he gets in his van to leave, I try the repair and it doesn't operate! Glad I did, because had I not it would have been another week no doubt.

Been here twice and every time they are here they cause another problem, on top of that he put a scratch in the front of the appliance. Employee people who know what they are doing

Technician came in, did about 10 minutes trouble shooting, gave me a parts estimate just about the price of a new dishwasher ('$600) and charged me $109 for the service call. I did a little trouble shooting on my own and solved the problem with a $50 pump.

Repairman came to put the parts on and was here for a long time. He struggled to get the parts on. When he left, I started to fill the dishwasher with dishes and , when i closed the door, the bottom black metal panel fell off. The screws went all over. I continued to wash the dishes to see if the dishwasher worked correctly and water leaked out from underneath the dishwasher all over my hardwood floor! Obviously, the dishwasher is not fixed and worse than when I called to have it serviced! Very dissatisfied! I called to have him come back and neither rep I spoke with understood what I was saying! They set me up for another visit and it shows they r going to charge a 139.00 diagnostic fee! I'm not paying when the the Sears repairman made it worse! What a messed up procedure! Not impressed with Sears or GE... again!

Our oven which is 5 years old began having issues heating. Technicians came and said they discovered that a couple things went bad and gave us an estimate of $1,000 to fix. The one part which was being quoted at $300.00 could be found new with the same series numbers online for $30.00. It took us 15 minutes to install the part and we were quoted $372.00 for labor. Our first impression of this company is that they are price gouging people.
