Darryl was very nice and friendly. He totally made my day. I got very lucky that he had the part to replace what broke in my washer. Especially since it's an old one. Sears service was also very receptive to my inquiry and my needs. I would definitely recommend them and hope that whenever I have another issue it will be them I will be dealing with and that said, I know I am in good hands. Thanks Darryl! You Rock!!
