Dave was our technician and HE WAS AWESOME! He can when he said he would, was super nice and was very knowledgeable. He even got us warrantied parts we didn’t know about from LG. He diagnosed the problem one visit then ordered the parts. They arrived quickly and he came back to install, again when he said he would. I highly recommend DAVE and the sears site for frig repair service!!!

Jeff was very nice. He fixed my stove in a timely manner. Very polite and made small talk. He was also sweet to my dog Nikki. I also had him come out when my brand new dryer was delivered broken. He was great then too. Would recommend him for all future repairs.
