Replaced ice maker, excellent tech’s but terrible scheduling lost a day of work, was called, texted at least 8 times just for the tech to get he at 5:00

Received 2 text messages and email with arrival time of 8:30-9:17, estimated 8:45am. Did not arrive until almost 1030am. Quote to repair the igniter on my oven was $800, double what it was estimated to cost and then tried to sell me a whole home warranty to reduce the cost. The part ordered directly from Samsung online is $135, they wanted to charge $400. Seems like a scam to get people to purchase their warranty coverage.
