I will never recommend Sears. The price to fix a dryer was ridiculous. It was only a belt. I can buy a brand new dryer for the price. The part cost $55. They wanted $400. Also, was charged for a diagnostic $129 plus tax which was not taken off the bill if you wanted the job finished.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Worst company EVER. 4 appointments, 2 months and $572 later, still no wall oven. Waiting from 8 am to 5 pm and no show. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BEWARE SCAMMERS!

After not showing up for our first appointment when he did come he said it was the electrical system and not the dryer. We called an electrician who said the electrical system was fine it was actually the dryer. So nothing was done to solve our problem.
