Very pleasant and knowledgeable..attempted multiple things to get it to work..error code came on..called another tech to see if he knew instead of just ordering random parts..

Chuck was excellent at analyzing the problem and fixing the heat issue with my dryer. The next day the dryer started making a rumbling sound when on. I think something is loose. Sears would not take responsibility for fixing it. Very disappointed.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Took over a month just for them to fix my washer and kept repeatedly ordering parts. The timeframe to get this done is honestly ridiculous l.
