Our technician (Brian D) was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable, he got to work on our dishwasher quickly and had everything up and running in no time. The three technicians that I've worked with over the past year (fridge and dishwasher) have all been great. This would be 5 star, but the scheduling was a completely different experience. I was rescheduled 3 times with no prior calls, just a reschedule on the day of service, moved by about 10 days each time (so I waited a month after receiving parts from the first visit). Very hard to reach anyone that can help with scheduling. Basically just get the same info received via text/email. The contract is a bit pricy per month, but when I've needed to use the service and pay only the deductible, it has been worth it to me. At least for now.
