Dean appeared to be very pleasant until he wasn't. I wrote a check for payment and he got very irritated that I would not pay with a card and would not accept cash. Then his phone wouldn't accept my check, he was very disrespectful to my 79yr old father then stormed out of my house saying he would bill me. Then had the audacity to come back ringing my bell to tell me the check was accepted and he wanted it. When he stormed out he wouldn't accept my payment. The whole ordeal was unprofessional and unacceptable. Never Again!! He doesn't even deserve a star, I was forced to click one
