Excellent service. Brian did a great job repairing my oven and was professional knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly identify the problem explained what needed to be done and got everything working properly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair.

Wayne was the absolute best!!! He went above and beyond to explain the problem and get the refrigerator repaired. The only major complaint I have is the virtual assistant not being able to speak to a representative is horrible customer service and the virtual assistant messed up the scheduling two times-Fortunately, Wayne went out of his way to get my refrigerator repaired on the day and time as promised.
