Technician are excellent, especially. Stephen and Lori.The time it takes to get service and repair needs to be looked at,1 month for completed repair doesn,t make any sense.So relieved to have my washer back and good shape. Thank you Stephen for going the extra for us!

The Tech was excellent, however I had to wait 2 and a half months for the repar. 7 different appointments and you never shipped the part. I had to buy it from Amazon just to get it done. Plus I only paid $6 for a part you mark up to $27. Plus I missed 7 days of work waiting for a part that never came. I am expecting a FULL REFUND, or I am calling the Better Buiness Beuara to report this incident. Not to mention, charging over $300 for a repair that took 10 minutes!!! That's ridiculous... ..
