The service tech seemed well experienced and answered any questions I had. He was patient with my apparent interest of learning and being involved. I provided the information about the refrigerator in advanced, so they probably knew the parts wouldn’t be available to fix the refrigerator then but they still came anyway to take my money and walk away without resolving the issue…
