Ken was incredibly knowledgeable. Called ahead to explain the charges and understand the problem before he came out, gave us the option of canceling the appointment based on what potential charges could be. We decided to take a chance and have him come out, and all we paid was the fee for him to come out, he fixed it in five minutes. 10 yr old Kitchen aid dishwasher
