Sorry about that.
Fred - Soon after you left after installing the replacement part, I put some clothes in the washer and the lock didn't work. I didn't know what was going on, so I called your number a couple times and then called the Sears number. Then, the washer started!!! I think I wasn't giving it time to work. I'm so very sorry for any problems that I have caused. You did a great job and I give you five stars. Again, it's my fault. I did not need to call you or Sears. Please forgive me. Thanks for your excellent work.
