Bob communicated well leading up to the service visit and during the analysis. He let me know the cost for each part, the warranty period, and labor associated with the repair. He shared the option to invest in an old appliance and the warranty on that investment. He also offered to remove his shoes or wear shoe covers - which was totally unnecessary, but very respectful.

Sal stopped by to repair our oven. He came in, and was telling jokes from the time he walked in the door. 15 minutes later, he was finished replacing the igniter on the oven, telling jokes on the way out the door. 10/10 would recommend Sal to repair appliances.
