Refrigerator repair Technician

I was not there to receive the tech, but had to have someone else there for the appointment due to a previously scheduled appointment that I could not miss. Since this is the case, and I did not meet the tech, I'm assuming that he was 'excellent'. However, we were given a window of 8am-5pm and were promised updates that never came. The tech ended up showing up at 3pm with no advanced warning. The link that they provided worked and they did not respond to any of our messages. We were charged $150 to be told that to fix a $700 9-year old machine, it would cost over $1300. They also did not apply a 10% off coupon that was promised to us when the appointment was scheduled. Poor service, poor communication, poor company! *This same company charged us for a service call to our oven after never showing up to fix it, shipping the wrong part to our house and never following up to get the correct one. When we called to have this corrected, we were told that there were no techs in our area that could fix our oven that broke within months of purchase and we were just on our own to get it fixed. Wow.

Sal was efficient and got the work done in no time. I did do two small loads with out any noise. I did try a third load and got noise. Sal informed me that I may have to get H2O co. involved. Thank Sal, you help. Rosemarie

The service by the technician was satisfactory. The scheduling was was ridiculous and terrible. This repair request was made early March with several no shows before finally getting someone to show up. Horrible service

Marvin got the wash machine ti work. He replaced the motor , pulley, sensors & nuts & bolts. The one bolt was stuck & wouldnt cime off finalky it did. Then then sensor was unable to come out but he got it out & put the new ones in. I am so glad the washer finally works.

Thomas was polite and got right to work on the fridge. Unfortunately the condenser was beyond repair and no replacement available. Appreciated his feedback and will be getting a new fridge soon.
