Charles was amazing. When he got here he grabbed the part for the washer but it wouldn't stay on the washer. He went to his truck and realized that the part was wrong. He was able to find a part in his truck for me. He took his time and listened to all my questions and was very understanding. He stayed longer and fixed it appropriately. Thank you Charles because if it wasn't for u then my family still wouldn't have a washer that works properly. Hopefully next time the first service person can order the right part
