Quick & Easy
Brent was great, we got lucky and had him out for our estimate and later after the parts arrived, for our repair. The call center is a disaster and barely helpful, but Brent made the in home process easy and simple.

Brent did a great job. He made me aware that had a 5 year factory warranty on my failed compressor and that by calling GE I could get it fixed free of charge. As I did not have a copy of my owner's manual I had called GE earlier and I was told the warranty expired. It was only after Brent told me about the GE five year warranty in the owner's manual did I call GE again and asked the associate to check the owner's manual did I get an appointment with the GE tech to check my fridge.

Professional, knowledgeable technician. How ever James was not able to fix the ice maker or water dispenser in the 2007 model. Parts are no longer available. Is there any way to access parts for an old model such as this? Thank you-Marie Rohrer
