Called before arriving. Met Bryan in driveway. Showed him the washer. He went to work. Put the machine through short cycle. It was worked. Nothing. He thoroughly explained everything. I bid him farewell. Hoping the next time we met it would be under different circumstances. For an 80 year old, he made a difficult time more pleasant.

Thomas was very efficient and terrific to work with. As he had to remove my refrigerator door, I was able to clean the shelving units and throw out expired salad dressings, mustards, and other sauces that were used three years ago-- whatever recipes did I used these in? Thomas then helped me returning the shelving units to the door and made sure that both the refrigerator and freezer doors closed on their own. It has been years since they have worked on their own.
