We were very happy with our experience with David today. He called to let us know he his approximate arrival time, was on time, was friendly and approachable, explained the issue and our options. He was able to repair our washer the same day and didn't leave a mess for us to clean up! We appreciated his professionalism, promptness, and efficiency!
