I was very impressed with Bernard and his knowledge and expertise. He fixed the dishwasher quickly, and he was on time. No problem giving him 5-stars. Before I contacted Sears, I tried a competitor, and was told that it would be a few weeks before they could get to me. With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, that wouldn't work. With Sears, I got an appointment within two days.

I wasn't home during the repair but Charles called me to let me know he would be on his way. I was thankful for that so I could make my husband aware of his arrival. When I got home my dryer was fixed and put right back in place. Still have yet to test out but I'm sure it will work. Otherwise I think I would have heard from Charles and I didn't. Thank you Charles!

Ron was a fantastic technician who finally found the simple problem with our heat pump, which the previous lazy and incompetent technician had missed and actually made worse, leaving us without AC for the last 4 months. Thank you to Ron for his attention to detail and determination to figure out what was actually wrong and get it fixed! Getting a good technician, who knows what he's doing and cares about doing it right, matters. Ron is one of those technicians.
