He was professional and knowledgeable. He replaced parts and was friendly. I'm washing clothes so I can test the dryer out to make sure it's working properly. Thank both repairmen, and hopefully it fixed the problem, if not I'm sure I'll contact Sear warranty and they will check it again without hesitation!
