I'm pleased that that the technicians got my Dry repaired. What I'm disappointed in is it took over eight weeks to complete. Thank God that I had a second Dryer that I had in storage to use while waiting for my repairs.

Extremely knowledgeable and informative. Very courteous and friendly. He explained the problem he found upon diagnosis and advised that parts needed to be ordered and why. We reviewed the estimates and options we had, never pushing us for a decision. Parts were ordered and upon Paul's return, the repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. He showed me how everything was functioning upon completion. The entire process was very well done.
