Best maintenance man I've had
Mark was very pleasant and very thorough in checking my appliances. He went above and beyond and found a problem that had been there from the last time that one of the maintenance men came. I want him to be the person to come back and finish the repair on my dishwasher.

I'm pleased that that the technicians got my Dry repaired. What I'm disappointed in is it took over eight weeks to complete. Thank God that I had a second Dryer that I had in storage to use while waiting for my repairs.
