Having Marvin as the technician was a great experience He was so pleasant and skillful Explained everything to me Was very patient Gave me hints to improve drying clothes And replaced defective part Would highly recommend Marvin and would ask for him for any farther repairs I may have

Tom called & said he would be here between 3:30 & 4:00. Tom was here on time. Tom had done a through inspection of our freezer. Found what the problem was & by chance happened to have the part on his vehicle. which what we needed. Tom was able to install the part. Our freezer is working better than before & we did lose a lot of my salmon which I try to eat at least once a week because of my eyes & some shrimp. Told my brother that the freezer was not as cold as the freezer above the refrigerator. So that was the start of the problem & we are sure Tom fixed the problem. Ice cream is cold & hard like it supposed to be. Great job Tom, thank you. Steven & Frances

John was excellent, but the Sears service was awful. Parts were backordered and then when they finally came in and I was able to reschedule my appointment, Sears rescheduled it for a later date. All in all it took 2 months to get it fixed. But, like I said, once John came to fix it he was professional, polite, and did great work.
