Brady came and figured out rhe problem one week. Ordered the washer parts required. Then came the next week and repaired washer. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend him.

Cannot say enough about this Repair Gentlemen, Michael. He was knowledgeable and very detailed. A&E though as a whole you can never get ahold of them. The automated system just hangs up on you. Manage your account online? It gives an option to cancel service that's about it.

Joshua was so incredibly kind and helpful. I really appreciated him being patient while I asked all of my questions, and answering them each in a helpful, kind way. He was very knowledgeable about the machine we have, took the time to test the machine to recreate the problem, and was quick to figure out the issue, then offer solutions for how I can fix them, all while being very kind and professional at the same time. I truly appreciate his help!
