Great service but lag time is a problem
This is the latest of many visits from sears. Our refrigerator has a continuing leak after replacing compressor and coils. All of the techs have been very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. My only complaint is that the latest visit took 5 weeks from request. I hope this is not a trend.

Quick and good communication
Knowledgeable and fast. Did a few things differently and suggested to wait a few hours for silicone to dry on ice maker. Last repairman did not. Hopefully, this will be the difference.

Joshua did a great job analyzing the problem and explaining the results in a reasonable amount of time. The price when scheduling and the actual diagnostic price was $20 higher which wasn't what I expected.
