End of day and still smiling!
Javar showed up at my house as his last stop, 2 plus hours away from where he started this morning. He was still smiling, courteous, and fixed my refridgerator issue. Great service provider!

Part that was ordered did not fix issue. Unfortunately it created another. I believe Brady did everything he could and I would recommend him. He came here twice. I was pleased with him. I am expecting a refund for what I paid and will be ordering another fridge as this one is not worth paying over 1000 to fix. It is not even 2 years old. Not acceptable.

The technician was through with his service. I wish the washer could have been run with a load rather no load to hear the noise originally mentioned for the problem.

Horrible experience
My dad was there when Brady fixed my washer. My dad said that he used an impact wrench to unscrew things which would strip the bolts. Also, he never tried the washer after fixing it. He just left. Horrible service. I will be contacting the better business bureau!
