Very knowledgeable
After telling him what I did and noticed with the dishes not getting cleaned he was able to tell me what was wrong and how to fix it. We were able to test the fix to prove that it would work. Very nice and professional.

The tech checked over all appliances thoroughly. He also answered any questions we had, plus he showed us all of the operating buttons on the face pads, of which we didn't know how to use them all. We think Joshua did an excellent job.
