Bob was personable and professional. He explained costs and options thoroughly. After examining the equipment, he was able to tell me what had gone wrong, and advise me that my equipment is is good shape. This was great news, because every other appliance in this house is in disrepair. I'll be calling Sears very soon for further repairs. His competence and quick resolution to the problem tells me Sears is a brand I can still trust. Thank you Bob. It feels good to have something working right.
