Nothing super surprising in quote, biggest gripe is the online scheduling setting my appt for "sometime between 7 am and 6 pm." Tech was very professional, had the problem identified and a fix within 20 mins.

It was great the technician came out, but the parts for the repair was way over priced, the same parts from the manufacturer were significantly cheaper than the price they wanted for the same exact part from them. I get the company needs to make money but over charging for the parts is not the way. But the technician was very nice and helpful and gave us recommendations. But overall we did not get the repair from sears appliance repair services because of the insane price to fix the oven. We just paid for the come out and look at the oven price.
