My washer had been leaking and the technician found where he thought it was leaking. After ordered parts arrived new technician came to install them. Unfortunately there was still a leak somewhere but he took his time and finally found the leak. I was so happy that he was conscious enough to keep looking when he had already replaced the parts. All in all a good experience!
