Excellent! Paul was very professional, knew exactly the service he was performing and unfortunately (for me) could not repair. The electrical lines to the freezer door were pinched and broken. He would have to replace the freezer door but they do not make them for my 9 year old whirlpool anymore.

What a great decision to have Sears diagnose and then repair our Whirlpool electric dryer. Instead of having to go shop for a new one, our technician, Bob, explained the problem and gave us options that saved a lot of money and restored our dryer to "like new" condition. We couldn't be happier. Bob was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We are glad to know that Sears will be there for us when any of our other appliances breaks.
