The initial problem was fixed however my washer is leaking water. Water got all over my irons and steamers. Please fix whatever you did to make my washer leak

Nothing super surprising in quote, biggest gripe is the online scheduling setting my appt for "sometime between 7 am and 6 pm." Tech was very professional, had the problem identified and a fix within 20 mins.
