They were supposed to call before they come out as the only problem . thank God my wife was still there he did a good job.

Our technician was very knowledgeable and worked very efficiently to address our problem. Very pleased with his visit. Only downside to using Sears is the persistent up-selling of their Home Warranty coverage. I almost took off 1 star in the rating because it is so irritating, but that would be unfair to the excellent technician.
