It was great the technician came out, but the parts for the repair was way over priced, the same parts from the manufacturer were significantly cheaper than the price they wanted for the same exact part from them. I get the company needs to make money but over charging for the parts is not the way. But the technician was very nice and helpful and gave us recommendations. But overall we did not get the repair from sears appliance repair services because of the insane price to fix the oven. We just paid for the come out and look at the oven price.

The technician was very professional and did a great job. The PROCESS to get him here was awful. I don’t like using AI as the only way to communicate and when you need to interact, that can’t happen with a robot. I received an email letting me know the technician would be at my home by 10 AM and he actually arrived after 4. As a brand new customer, I’m not at all impressed with your logistics. Again, the technician was great so all complaints go directly towards your miserable customer service due to AI and mis-communication.

You can't to talk to anyone, the phone number says it is "an AI only service." I attempted to schedule an appointment, but the AI refused to schedule me so I was unable to ever try their service.

For the record it turns out this repair did not fix my microwave. It still sparks and has an electrical burning smell intermittently. Very disappointed as this has been going on for over a month!!
