The technician was very professional and did a great job. The PROCESS to get him here was awful, as it has been for the three times I’ve used this service. Their AI is terrible and they have ZERO customer service as there are no humans to interact with. I was LAST on the list AGAIN today, which means I was in a waiting mode all day. I’m not sure if this service is worth it. But, I will repeat that the man who came here was great.

You can't to talk to anyone, the phone number says it is "an AI only service." I attempted to schedule an appointment, but the AI refused to schedule me so I was unable to ever try their service.

For the record it turns out this repair did not fix my microwave. It still sparks and has an electrical burning smell intermittently. Very disappointed as this has been going on for over a month!!

This number is wrong! This number transfers you to telemarketing sales on the phone. They do not do any service repairs!

Bob was very pleasant and worked very quickly to diagnose and repair our oven. My problem falls down to costs. The part cost me $52 but they changed $299 for labor for a job that took less than half an hour. Had I known they were going to charge that much for such an easy job I would’ve bought the part and figured out how to install it myself. I will not use them again. Edit: I was told to message them on Facebook to go over my frustrations and they never even bothered to respond. Great customer service. Changing my review to one star.
