Bob was very pleasant and worked very quickly to diagnose and repair our oven. My problem falls down to costs. The part cost me $52 but they changed $299 for labor for a job that took less than half an hour. Had I known they were going to charge that much for such an easy job I would’ve bought the part and figured out how to install it myself. I will not use them again. Edit: I was told to message them on Facebook to go over my frustrations and they never even bothered to respond. Great customer service. Changing my review to one star.
