The technician showed up apologetically due to some scheduling errors. He did a great job replacing the drain pump and the washer is now working perfectly. He's very concerned about not being able to communicate to me the changes in the schedule even though he had scheduled with me a certain day and then wasn't able to show up that day. He said these errors were due to corporate office scheduling. I found that repairing this scheduling error was the worst part of the service and I would give it a 0 out of five. The technician had planned to be here on a certain day. He did not show up on that day because it was not put on his schedule. I called several places including Vermont and Texas. Trying to reach somebody from the corporate office but did not actually get to speak to a live person. there is also major confusion about the part and where it was shipped which was to the technician and not to me. Finally, I started all over and we had to reschedule the entire service call because corporate closed down the open ticket even though the job was not completed. Matter of fact; water was not turned on by person who installed Washer, but he wasnt familiar w installations. So hes excused.. Dryer had lint pipe kinked and repairman noticed the problem. Thank u Paul.....Having the new appliances seems to require knowledge of electronics they .m ay cost a bit more but worth it in the end.
