my technician was awesome but hated i had to talk to ai for a ‘potential diagnosis’ and was unable to move my appointment due to no response automated messaging.

I will never use this place again. Had a tech come out last Wednesday to fix my dryer, it was never fixed. My wife called back immediately and they rescheduled the service free if charge for today. Tech came, tried charging me another $130 for showing up. He said there is nothing showing that someone was here last week for the dryer. The tech damaged my vent pipe as well. Yall don't even deserve one star. A pathetic excuse if a company.

First appointment was made at the beginning of December. The technician broke not only the part he was supposed to fix, but two other parts. And he left a huge mess for me to clean up. I’ve had two attempts with another Sears technician to fix the mistake in a month’s time, and these appointments were both cancelled on me after waiting over a month. Waiting times are unacceptable, and it’s difficult to get in contact with a real person for help resolving these issues. I still haven’t been promised a full refund, even though I now will be paying more money than I would’ve originally due to the technician breaking more parts.

This will be the 7th time they have came to fix my fridge. It's still under warranty. UNEXCEPTIBLE. Don't know why I bought the extended warranty twice. NEVER AGAIN
