The technician, Jarrod did excellent work. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our Kenmore dryer and when the parts came repaired it.

My Service Technician was great. He easily diagnosed and fixed the problem. My grioe is with how much the replacement part yo fix my cooktop was inflated. For this reason, I won't be using Sears Home Servuce again
