Your wait time is too long . Should at least tell you am or pm. 8-5 is ridiculous! First repair person was here on 4/29, parts order and received 4/30 and had scheduled return appointment for 5/1. On 5/1 appt was cancelled and rescheduled for 5/7!!! They didn’t know the parts were delivered!!! Also very hard to get them on phone to make appointment! At least the young man was nice!!
