Ryan was excellent!!! Professional Respectful Knowledgeable and kind. A great asset to Sears!!!! Jarrod was the best. He fixed the issue. It was a hose was not put back correctly. Jarrod knew right away. He doubled checked and triple checked for any other issues. I used a 5 for both Ryan and Jarrod. I was afraid you would not send a survey for Jarrod and wanted Sears to know how proficient he is in his work. Please we need a love person to speak to at times. The techs are wonderful and mo complaints.

My Service Technician was great. He easily diagnosed and fixed the problem. My grioe is with how much the replacement part yo fix my cooktop was inflated. For this reason, I won't be using Sears Home Servuce again

David came to give my riding mower a tune-up. He explained everything to me and educated me about a few things to watch out for since I have a bit of an older machine. It was running a bit rough before he got to it and it is humming right along now. I truly appreciate the insight he gave me into preventive actions I could take to extend the life of a really good machine that has put in a lot of quality work. He also gave me honest assessments about potential choices if something were to go wrong due to age related problems. His advice and work were outstanding and again very much appreciated.

For the repair person: Good communication starting before arrival, great at explaining the issue and comparison of options, polite, and good with our dog too! I’d be happy to have him back again. For Sears Appliance Repair: Bad communication with AI phone bot/interface, no way to correct our address once AI got it wrong, Multiple texts and emails asking if I want to reschedule earlier, but the window for arrival of the repair person was 8AM-5PM, so I had to be available all day. Six phone calls from the warranty center even though we don't have a warranty, so sales calls, and they never let it ring more than 3 times and when I got to it on time once I got hung up on. Sears, fix your interface!!!!
