Mark did an exceptional job maintaining the freezer and refrigerator. He did more than expected by cleaning the coils on the back of the refrigerator to help maintain efficiency. He also spent extra time to remove ice buildup on the bottom inside of the freezer and to clear ice and debris over the drain and inside the drain line

The service repair guy, Donald, was great. He has been to our home before so I was able to tell him to go into the house and fix the clothes dryer without worrying about him. When he was done, he called to let me know the job was done and the dryer was working now. He then took the time to ask about my wife’s health. The last time he was at the house she was still recovering from breast cancer. My wife wasn’t home and I am just a voice on the phone so to speak. How is that for a good memory on his part! A good soul too! 5 stars *****! Bob McKain
