I was very happy and impressed with the service Joseph provided. He was prompt, courteous, informative and went above my expectations for a Sears employee. His visit generated a need for a replacement part and when it arrived, he returned a few hours later to install it successfully. I wish all Sears employees were as kind and knowledgeable and efficient as Joseph.

Our technician was very knowledgable in servicing our refrigerator. Although it was unrepairable he explained clearly why. Our appliance service was prompt and kept us informed of the ETA of our service. We were happy with our service call and will use again.
