Amazing technical service HOWEVER the company managing the techs is HORRIBLE. Try making an appointment to get your appliance repaired and you are barraged with sales pitches, upgrades, insurance plans for other appliances you didn’t even call about. Infuriating!! If I could deal with the tech himself I’d call them again in a heartbeat, but I’ll never use this company again because they are not a SERVICE company anymore, they are in it to SELL you something. Good riddance, Sears.
