Mark did an exceptional job maintaining the freezer and refrigerator. He did more than expected by cleaning the coils on the back of the refrigerator to help maintain efficiency. He also spent extra time to remove ice buildup on the bottom inside of the freezer and to clear ice and debris over the drain and inside the drain line

The service repair guy, Donald, was great! What wasn't great were the 2 missed appointments due to the scheduling system not believing us when we said more than once "all the parts have arrived".
