The service repair guy, Donald, was great. He has been to our home before so I was able to tell him to go into the house and fix the clothes dryer without worrying about him. When he was done, he called to let me know the job was done and the dryer was working now. He then took the time to ask about my wife’s health. The last time he was at the house she was still recovering from breast cancer. My wife wasn’t home and I am just a voice on the phone so to speak. How is that for a good memory on his part! The technician was excellent. But, customer service was not up to par. I originally had an appt., on 6/27/24, never received an update that it was cancelled. Had to wait closed to a month to have my fridge repair, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
